Jeff Berglund, Broker

Raised in Spokane, BA in marketing.  Jeff established Morgan Mortgage in April, 1999. 

Jeff served as 2006 President of WAMB, the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers, his professional association and was a member of the Delegate Council for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

He was recently completed a second two-year term as a  Commissioner to the Washington State Mortgage Brokerage Commission.  He is a former President, Anchorage Lions Club, Past-President, Eastern Washington Chapter, Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers. 

In November, 2004, Jeff was confirmed as a Trustee for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.  Jeff received the Jim Fitzgerald Award for Distinguished Service in September, 2007 at the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers Annual Conference.

Lori Krafft-Loan Officer

Raised in Washington, married 15 wonderful years, and has 3 boys to raise and love.  Lori is a Senior Loan Consultant for Morgan Mortgage, Inc.  She has a fifteen-year background in mortgage financing.  She is hard working, honest and humble.  She enjoys teaching product knowledge and mortgage essential tools within the mortgage industry  .  She is an active member in her church, teaching Sunday school and volunteering in local organizations.  Lori has been a Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers member since 2005 when she to moved to Spokane and prior to that was a member of the Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers for ten years in Boise, Idaho.  Lori is currently serving on the Eastern Washington Chapter for the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Kristi Schurra-Processor

Kristi has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years, with experience in processing, document drawing, and funding. She worked for the same Broker in the Seattle area for over 18 years.  Kristi recently moved to the Spokane area to be closer to her family.
